Family is a very
important part of our business here at Premiere Homes.
My father began
developing communities back in 1976. I suppose he picked
up his work ethic from my grandfather, who operated a farm
in Wheaton, Maryland in the 1930's. But strong family ties
did not automatically guarantee a position in the family
business. Dad insisted that my brothers and I prove our
ability at other companies before joining him. Over the
the years we graduated, one by one, to working together
as a family here at Premiere Homes.
As our company
has grown, so have our expectations. We choose employees
and subcontractors with critical care. Each must demonstrate
a commitment to our high standards if they are to join the
larger family which is our company. We believe team spirit
and a common goal are essential to building quality homes
worthy of our name and your investment.
These homes are
the visible proof of our accomplishments as a family as
well as a business. And although we build many homes at
the same time, we build each home as if it were the only
